Alex Hicken Studio connects local artists with their fans, enabling them to be backers. Local artists are creating art, and people love it, but they don’t have a means to support them regularly; furthermore, the artist may not have the means to produce prints. The studio provides the infrastructure for them to manufacture and deliver fine art prints. Its goal of regular support is fulfilled by offering a monthly subscription and fine art prints to collaborators and supporters.

We value equity, community, and authenticity. Our practice of equity is implemented through the translation of our artist’s personal messages into other languages. Community is embraced by providing a correspondence kit for ease to reply to the artist’s letter. Our value of authenticity comes with a promise that our art will never be produced or influenced by artificial intelligence.

Postcard Tier
$7/mo
The artisan paper quality of all our prints is the “award-winning 100% cotton fine art paper” of Moab Entrada Rag. A 4” x 6” postcard of the artist’s print will be delivered monthly.
Standard Tier
$9/mo
Our standard and premium tier prints are secured in a curated envelope. These prints are complemented by a personal letter written by the artist; furthermore, their perspective is noted on the back of the 4” x 6” print.
Premium Tier
$12/mo
This tier offers more immersive experiences with the fine art standard of 5” x 7”. The correspondence kit option adds a level of convenience to a letter exchange that enhances the relationship.
